KAREN JACKSON
RESORTS MANAGER (QUALITY ASSURANCE)

Karen received a surprise phone call on
Christmas Day 2002 asking her if she would
like to join the Interski resort team, and
four years on she's still here and going
strong!

Karen graduated from Coventry University
in 2000 with a law degree and then went on to the College of Law to receive a Post
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Impressive stuff! After university, Karen
went backpacking around the world for a
year and then joined Interski. She hasn't
picked up a law book since!

Originally, Karen worked as a Course Co-ordinator in a number of our hotels. She then
qualified as a BASI instructor during her second season of working for Interski and still
loves getting out on the slopes and teaching the odd week. Karen progressed to Resort
Co-ordinator, followed by Resorts Manager (Quality Assurance). At the end of the
2005/2006 season, Karen's employment became full-time and her major role over the
summer is recruiting the following season's resort staff. During the winter she is
responsible for managing the resort team, planning après-ski activities, maintaining
relations with suppliers and working closely with other members of the management
team to ensure the smooth running of our operation in the Aosta Valley.

Karen is undoubtedly a loss to the legal system .... but the legal system's loss is
Interski's gain!
