The Hotel Sucara

The Hotel Sucara is in the tiny village of La Cortinada, about five minutes by coach to the Pal gondola.

The hotel is family run and its quiet and remote location make it ideal for a group that wants to be self contained and away from any distractions. The interior style is traditional, with spacious rooms and welcoming communal areas.

Although the hotel is a short drive from the Pal gondola, the compact nature of Andorra means that although by default schools will ski Pal Arinsal, they can actually choose to ski either of the other two resorts (subject to cost and availability) of Grandvalira or Ordino Arcalis. Après-ski is unaffacted by the hotel's location and the popular evening activities can all be reached with ease.

This is a solid choice for a school ski trip.
