Interski Plus Loyalty Scheme
We're always confident that once you travel with us, you'll want to bring your school back again and again. We also strongly believe this kind of loyalty should be rewarded and that's why we created our Interski Plus loyalty scheme. The rewards and qualifying criteria are clear and simple.
How do I qualify*
To qualify, your school must travel with us for two consecutive years, with a minimum of 25 full paying passengers on each of the two trips. The Interski Plus status is confirmed on payment of the final balance on the second trip, assuming the criteria is met. The status remains in place whilst you continue to book consecutive trips (annually) and each trip meets the minimum passenger requirements.
Regardless of when you travel
And regardless of whether you've travelled for more than one year, if you bring a group of 25+ full paying passengers you can benefit from:
- 2 x 50% concessions, to be used for your own children
- 1 x 25% concession, to be used for your spouse or partner
If you travel during the school term
The school term dates are the weeks that we designate as either being 'off' or 'low' peak.
If you travel during this period, you will benefit from:
- An additional 50% concessionary place
- Free ski upgrade for school staff members
- A £500 Interski voucher to be redeemed against a future Interski Ski Holiday
- A free 2hr private lesson for up to 4 people
- A £15pp discount, for all full-paying passengers
- 2 x free ski accessory packs worth £200
The cost of these visits start from £249pp, which is credited against your final balance payment if your booking has a minimum of 35 full paying passengers. Please note that transport to and from resort is not included, nor is insurance. The visit can be extended at an additional cost.
Please see the terms and conditions below for more information.
If you travel during the school holidays
The school holidays are the weeks that we designate as either being 'mid' or 'high' peak.
- Transport (normally by air)
- In-resort transfers and movements
- Half-board accommodation (based on twin share, single rooms available at a supplement)
- 1-day lift pass
- Lunch on the ski day
- Equipment hire
- In resort ski guide (where possible) for up to 2hrs to provide resort orientation
The first meal provided will be on the evening of your arrival at the hotel and the final meal will be at breakfast on the day of departure. You will therefore need to make provision for food and drinks outside of these times.
It is expected that you will be able to ski to a reasonable standard as tuition is not provided. We also do not provide insurance, so it is important that you have your own suitable policy in place which includes winter sports cover.
Terms and Conditions +
General
- The qualifying criteria is strict and final. Unfortunately, we cannot make allowances for failure to meet the requirements.
- The 'peak' designation of your week of travel is based on our classification only. Variances between how different LEAs organise their school calendars may mean your school calendar does not align with our designation. This cannot be changed.
- One member of staff must be the person responsible for organising the school ski trip.
- Everyone attending is obliged to take part in all visits and events organised as part of the itinerary.
- We cannot offer either type of inspection visit to anyone who has already visited the destination resort, as the purpose is to provide familiarisation. If you have already visited the resort in question, regretfull we are unable to offer an inspection visit.
- Inspection visits are for school teaching staff only. We cannot provide places for friends, family or anyone else not directly associated with the school.
- Costs of the inspection visit will only be credited against your final balance, subject to full paying passengers remaining above the requisite number of places.
- At our discretion, we may allow two members of staff from the same school to travel. In such cases we will only credit the amount paid for one against your final balance.
- Insurance is not included but it is a condition of travel that you have adequate insurance in place from a reputable provider.
- Other than airport transfers and in resort movements, transport is not provided on our Risk Assessment Inspection Visits and so you will need to source your own flights. There are specific stipulations over airports and arrival/departure times so please discuss this with us before booking any flights.
- UK transport, airport parking, meals, drinks, spending money and anything else not expressly stated is not included in the cost.
